Dear Bidders,

根据需要，对招标文件做如下补遗与澄清：

原《亚洲开发银行贷款湖南省湘江流域存量垃圾场综合治理项目永州市餐厨垃圾处理系统设备国际竞争性招标（合同号：E-YZ02）招标文件的补遗和澄清No.1》文件中15条问题“图纸已对设备地基、预埋、管路等做了指定要求，满足参数情况下不一定与地基能相对应”的回复为“以招标文件中参数为准，图纸中设备地基、预埋、管路等为示意，需根据实际到货设备进行调整”。对以上问题的回复修改为：在实质上满足招标文件第六章中设备参数和对土建主体无影响的前提下，设备基础、预埋件及管路可根据招标的设备进行微调。

The following supplements and clarifications are made to the BD according to the needs:

The reply to the above question is modified as "With the premise of substantially meeting the equipment parameters in Section 6 of the BD and having no impact on the main part of civil engineering, the equipment foundation, embedded parts and pipelines can be adjusted slightly according to the bidding equipment ".
