长沙奥体中心建筑概念方案国际竞赛于2024年6月19日在长沙城市发展集团有限公司官网、长沙城发集团招采交易平台、长沙公共资源交易电子服务平台及中国招标投标公共服务平台发布了竞赛公告。本次澄清公告作为竞赛公告组成部分，与竞赛公告具有同等法律效力，若本澄清公告内容与竞赛公告有不一致之处，以本澄清公告为准。具体澄清内容如下：
The announcement for the International Competition of Architectural Conceptual Design for the Changsha Olympic Sports Center was published on June 19, 2024, on the official website of Changsha Urban Development Group Co., Ltd., the Changsha Urban Development Group Bidding and Procurement Platform, the Changsha Public Resources Trading Electronic Service Platform, and the China Tendering And Bidding Public Service Platform. This Clarification Announcement serves as an integral part of the competition announcement and holds the same legal effect. In case of any discrepancies between this Clarification Announcement and the competition announcement, the content of this Clarification Announcement shall prevail. The specific clarifications are as follows:
为进一步提高本次概念方案竞赛的竞争性，经研究，本次竞赛报名材料提交截止时间及第一阶段提疑截止时间均延期至2024年7月10日17:00时。
To further enhance the competitiveness of this conceptual design competition, it has been decided after careful consideration to extend the deadline for submission of registration materials and the deadline for inquiries for the first stage to 17:00 on July 10, 2024.
